I was awarded an MSc in International Relations where I conducted arts-based research building upon my work during my BA. My thesis titled ‘The Role of Aesthetics in Feminist Security Studies: How Feminist Visual Art Exhibitions Can be Used to Shift International Responses to Gender-Based Violence as a Security Issue,’ used a methodology of visual analysis on two international art exhibitions to explore how art shapes international perceptions of feminist security matters.
