Alvo (Alexandros Vounatsos) is a Greek multifaceted architect/artist who explores the critical role of space in the narration of films and 3D animated videos. With a particular focus on surrealist drama, he seeks to combine practical and digital techniques to create environments and images. His debut film "OOFFEE" has participated in over 20 international festivals. His work has been exhibited at Tate Modern as well as Ars Electronica in Austria. An important moment for his film was the invitation from New Chitose Airport Animation Festival in Japan which he visited to analyze his approach to 3D animation storytelling.
