Luxley was a new luxury e-commerce fashion platform reaching consumers around the globe with its free worldwide shipping. My role focused on:
Responsible for team management: inventory selection, sales, and customer support.
Managed the website including: WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Analytics.
Managed customer support operations including staff training on FreshDesk.
Standardized customer support ticket responses and policies.
Designed and implemented marketing strategies across multiple platforms and channels.
Responsible for content creation for B2C email and social media strategies.
In June 2016 spearheaded company’s pivot from B2C to B2B.
Forged and managed B2B relationships: wholesalers, retailers, logistics partners, etc.
