At Euromonitor I have been employed as the Facilities Assistant working under the Facilities Supervisor. Euromonitor has around 500 staff across the two London offices with 5 floors in one and 6 floors within the HQ.
Duties include:
• Daily walk around which covers health and safety and maintenance checks
• Stocking stationary cupboards as and when needed
• Booking couriers each day
• DSE Assessments
• Weekly fire alarm testing on both sites
• Booking all specialist maintenance contractors in
• Various maintenance duties if engineer or contractor is not needed
• Helping IT with some small projects
• Covering the Facilities Supervisor when on annual leave
