I'm a young professional with a 1st Class degree in English Literature from the University of Exeter and a certificate of qualification from Shillington College of Graphic Design.
I'll get straight to it: I have a deep and rich understanding of the modern world and the ideas that push it forward. It's through my diverse experience in the workplace that I have learnt how to win over an audience through engaging work and stellar interpersonal skills. My work is informative, adaptive and persuasive, all whilst remaining engaging and enjoyable.
Outside of work I love to sing as part of my choir and write creatively both for hobby purposes and the occasional publication.

With tight-admin skills and methodical organisation of time-sensitive tasks, at Encore I was tasked with increasing backlinks and social media CTRs to increase both potential and recurring customers’ brand awareness/loyalty and heighten conversion rate. I hit these targets by spearheading ambitious projects that require me to be a vigilant timekeeper and self-assured communicator - these are essential skills at a company like Encore where I am constantly collaborating with team members from all corners of the business so that I ensure our customer-facing content is captivating, delightful, and up-to-date with marketing trends. During my time at Encore, I was able to increase Instagram engagement by over 1,500%.

I was hired by Bubble Citea as maternity leave cover for their graphic designer whilst I completed the end of my studies at Shillington. Whilst my job title was marketing, the role was better-described as an in-house designer of sorts. I was tasked with the creation of an array of promotional material for the business, as well as social content. The collateral I created (both digital and print) was rolled out to Bubble Citea’s ~30 stores, as well as their 36k Instagram followers.
