• Supporting the sales teams by locating & loading priority and strategic prospects onto Salesforce daily
• Managing the administration of technologies including Freshdesk, Yesware, Lead Forensics, Job is Job and Salesforce - whilst monitoring and analysing conversion rates
• Assisting the Sales Enablement Manager in a variety of project management tasks related to lead generation and sales promotions and developing ideas for new lead generation processes
