I use research and design methods to identify key insights, find opportunities and co-create design strategies which are informed by evidence and developed for and alongside their stakeholders and users. I tailor bespoke approaches to the scale of the challenge — from the complex to the relatively simple. Balancing systems thinking with human and life-centered design, I explore contexts from multiple perspectives and empathise with stakeholders' needs, goals and expectations. This balance reveals opportunities to refine, prototype and co-create truly effective processes, products, services and experiences. I love to fuse diverse perspectives and experiences with insights from perceptual, cognitive and behavioural psychology and neuroscience, using the latest technology to make things which are not only effective, but also intuitive, engaging and fun. This way, we can build things that don't just meet needs, but exceed expectations.
