Established the Business Design capability in KPMG’s Connected Technology practice as Head of Business Design that combined performance management expertise and business acumen with human centred design. The role involved working with senior leaders and subject matter experts to run multiple product innovation labs and business design sprints covering decarbonisation, ESG, regulatory change and transformation programmes.
