I started as a trainee within the company and gained promotion. Working in this environment, I had been constantly learning, improving, and using the skills that I had acquired to bring more business into the company through sales, mortgage appointments, solicitors referrals, lettings referrals, and property valuations. My focus as a negotiator was to sell existing stock whilst constantly replenishing and enhancing the office portfolio. I was working tirelessly to achieve this goal by reaching out to archived applicants, local own to sells, vendors on with other agents, or simply converting the leads that I develop on my own initiative into clients and ultimately sales. In addition, I am conscious that customer care is key to any business and would often go that extra mile for my clients. For example, I have featured in the company’s weekly brilliance letter for helping one of my elderly clients pack up and move to London. I developed a very positive profile in my area as demonstrated by great testimonials and evidenced by the fact that even people who didn’t eventually buy through me or the company offered praise and highly recommended me to people while outside of work.
