• Managing my own client base of over 400 clients and proactively using my product knowledge and supplier relationships to guide and advise them through our 300+ brand partners in order to create a bespoke gift list in line with their brief.
• Troubleshooting any issues in the supply chain and finding solutions via alternative suppliers, while liaising with the client to maintain their satisfaction.
• Overseeing and updating showroom displays according to seasonal and trend-based influences.
• Working alongside our Online Visual Merchandising team to assess and promote our online ‘best-sellers’ according to sales data and client feedback.
• Collaborated with our Marketing Team and a wedding magazine on additional projects where I presented our service and my favourite products in live video streams.
• Chosen over more senior Account Managers, I was given the responsibility of training Junior Account Managers in the new Edinburgh showroom. This involved remerchandising their branch in line with The Wedding Shop’s brand identity and assessing and setting new sales targets.
