Education
4-week Film Production Course
-
The course provided me with a great introduction and grounding knowledge of each stage of the film-making process, with the predominant focus being on production and the producer's role. The course taught me a vast array of skills from pitching to line producing, during the later we learnt to budget and schedule a short film using Movie Magic software. The course instilled me with confidence in public speaking, encouraged my interest in production further and allowed me to demonstrate that I am capable of completing projects and assignments in an organised and punctual fashion. Being in New York was an incredible experience as I was exposed to a new culture and lifestyle; the speed of life in this city is invigorating and inspiring and it was great to learn how to live abroad and be in a city that has produced such amazing film and television over the past century.
