  • • Working alongside and also independently with account managers, building design briefs, submitting changes and new additions to be added to websites. Updating events/ menus/ galleries straight to the live sites via the companies’ own content management system. • Trusted to create and mail email marketing campaigns in Photoshop and other software, using a bespoke marketing platform and autoresponder, improving open rates, testing headlines, etc. • Regularly conducts analysis of website visitors using Google analytics. Analyses behaviour such as time on page, visit flow, entry and exit pages, etc. to improve customer experience, reduce bounce rate. • Creating and rewriting website metadata, carrying out effective on page SEO, analysing and improving keyword content ratios and also managing website re-directs such as 301 and 401. • Working with booking consoles such as DesignMyNight and bookatable, making websites more efficient and responsive, improving visitor and user experience and increasing website conversion to sale ratios. • Linking up the websites to their social media pages. Viewing live Instagram/ Twitter/ Facebook/ Pinterest feeds on the website or a redirect to their pages on many different social platforms. Using Wordpress to update a website’s blog or update particular pages directly linked to the Wordpress feed. • Developed a sound understanding of Magento, a cutting edge ecommerce platform, using it alongside the company’s own ecommerce platform, learning how online shopping consoles and transactions work. • General office duties – including answering incoming phone calls and delivering any messages. Ensuring the office is kept to a very high standard, including the office bar and boardrooms. Greet and look after any visiting client, ensuring they have the best experience of the company.
