During my time as Production Assistant at the Telegraph, I’ve had the opportunity to work within both editorial features and within the company’s commercial division, known as Spark. I am responsible for overseeing the administrational and logistical aspects of branded video and photography production, ensuring all stages within the workflow are completed on-time and on-budget. I will also attend video and photography shoots when required to provide hands-on support.
I have had the opportunity to work with a number of clients such as The AA, Head & Shoulders, Singapore Airlines and Kelly’s Ice Cream.

My day-to-day duties involved providing administrational support to the different teams within the Telegraph video department. My responsibilities included the setup and maintenance of video budget tracking documents, producing call sheets and risk assessments, purchasing and hiring equipment as needed, ensuring our kit rooms and studios were kept tidy, providing ad-hoc production support to our Producers and hiring our studio space to clients.
