That Lovely Shop is an independent designer/maker selling bespoke home and gift-wares through an established online shop (notonthehighstreet.com). In my role as General Assistant I am responsible for:
•Administration including photocopying, maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, postage and packing.
•Assisting owner with photo-shoots including prop sourcing and selection, staging, photography and editing.
•Updating website with new product pictures, information and pricing.
•Stock control and checking adequate materials and equipment in place to fulfil orders on time.
•Supplier correspondence including sourcing and obtaining delivery dates.
•Assisting owner with photo-shoots including prop sourcing and selection, staging, photography and editing.
•Providing high levels of customer service at all times including handling returns, complaints and queries.
