Responsible for the marketing campaigns around Hearst Live events including the management of sponsor and integration and creation of compelling and engaging campaigns and content for client partnership investment. • Managing multiple stakeholders at one time across various projects, E.g. On Trend in partnership with Westfield and powered by Dyson Supersonic. • Copy-writing for marketing and event materials both for print and online across the portfolio • Servicing clients to a high standard ensuring we deliver a successful campaign for the sponsor. • Building & maintaining strong relationships at all levels both internally and externally. • Working on site at events across the portfolio, managing talent, consumer experience, event logistics and live activations. • Seeking out new partnership opportunities and appropriate ways to market events to our audiences by collaborating with 3rd parties. • Working alongside the sponsorship, design and event delivery teams to create integrated client campaigns across all marketing channels, E.g. authentically integrating Tinder as a headline sponsor for the Cosmopolitan Self Made Summit. • Creating & managing clear multi-platform marketing plans for all events & brand experiences across various sectors and audience demographics. • Manage & deliver all social, digital, ATL channels for client’s campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience and client satisfaction.
