Alicia is currently the Global VM Manager of Charlotte Tilbury, managing the VM of campaigns locally and globally, designing and project managing outposts, window installations, pop-ups, and more. With 3+ years of freelance experience to compliment this, Alicia finds dropping into challenging and diverse situations to be extremely natural and fluid. Finding the alternate perspective is key and understanding how to then implement these learnings changes the game.

I work from concept to completion on projects ranging from interiors, exhibitions, pop-ups, events, photoshoots and films by helping to develop and refine concepts, 3D model and produce the required construction information and oversee the installation of these projects.
