    Artist CampaignDuring my years of Temping I was a musician. I picked up a lot of valuable skills along the way like learning how to Market myself, learning about PR, and most importantly knowing how to Brand myself through Social Media appealing to a wide audience. I am extremely passionate about my Creativity, and my ability to be super Organised when it comes to Creating Content. Not a single detail goes a miss. I was successful in this capacity as I was able to handle every conversation, whether complaint or praise with empathy and poise. I was dedicated to providing the best customer service possible and representing RMG with commitment and professionalism. This role placed me in a fast-paced environment where I not only dealt with answering e-chats and phones, but I was also responsible for transferring calls and logging information into the system at the same time. Due to my confidence and leadership ability, my role expanded to include the raising of work orders and invoices, report writing and assisting the property managers.

    As a medical receptionist I was able to enhance my skill of attention to detail, it was imperative that I correctly recorded patients records and sorted files appropriately. As a forward-thinking person, I had foreseen that the surgery was using far too much paper and it was impacting the customers journey. So, I suggested that the practitioners invest in an electronic system which they implemented towards the end of my tenure. As well as assisting with building maintenance and helping the doctors with general administration, I was also the first line for customers, this meant that I was responsible for guiding the customers experience and setting a standard of care. I was successful as upon news of my leaving patients called in to thank me for my service.
