About me
I am an accomplished and experienced Digital Marketing Manager, a specialist in delivering strategic and creative stories across multiple digital channels. My agile, analytical mind paired with an imaginative ethos is accredited to my experience both at adidas Originals at the adidas HQ in Germany, the leading brand for
Sports Fashion, and at Havas helia, a top CRM agency in London.
I have thrived in building global eco-systems, empowered by an extensive digital strategy and translating this into a seamless digital experience for consumers worldwide. My experience both on agency and client-side has purposed me into a versatile, digitally capable candidate, who has been able to manage
strategical and creative projects born from a client brief, as well as understanding the very intimate business needs of a multi-billion pound brand. Due to my excellent communication and people skills developed through a diverse range of work and social experiences I enjoy working with people at all levels.
Having spent the last three months travelling with the view of broadening my life experience, I now return and between freelancing, I"m on the lookout for my new forever job.

• The Consumer Experience team operates within the Digital Brand Commerce department of adidas and is tasked with delivering a digital first, premium and consumer centric approach across all touchpoints. Working on the adidas Originals category, which accounts for over 50% of e-commerce income for adidas
and has more than 200 major product drops a year, there was a huge demand for engaging and relevant digital content.
• Create and deliver a global digital strategy (emphasis on content and CRM) to all 49 markets with toolkits on how to activate across digital touch points by season, and by consumer profile. Working alongside global markets with their highly intricate and individual needs assured a comprehensive
understanding of Fashion and Sports consumers worldwide.
• Analyse and optimise UX, creative, content and data strategy across .com, social (paid and organic), SEM (SEO, paid, affiliates), PPC Campaigns and e-mails to ensure an optimised consumer experience. Striving for a clear yet substantial CRM eco-system that understands the significance of every touchpoint a
consumer has with the brand and subsequently a product.
Key Achievements
• Managed creative development, digital build, budget and media planning with several agencies for 2017/2018 Campaigns for all globally supported adidas Original drops including footwear, clothing and accessories.
• I lead the Consumer Experience team to produce a new engine for emails and .com alike - allowing us bring products unique to an individual consumer based on their propensity to buy. This included re-building the segmentation models and realigning the creative to sit successfully on these platforms.
• Aided the launch of the adidas app across the US and Western Europe markets, as well as providing relevant, engaging content and strategy to ensure its success.
• Working closely with the newly created High Value team, I initiated plans to introduce a whole new channel of comms to High-Value consumers which did not yet exist. Setting out frameworks for data profiles as well as sourcing out to agencies a brief of a webpage to sit within the adidas URL in the hope to
reward the most loyal tier of consumers, encourage brand affinity and invest in potential high-value consumers.
