About me
I'm a Growth Specialist focused on Marketing Automation, developing strategies to grow e-commerce and B2B brands by creating relevant, personalized, and automated communications with leads and customers via Email and WhatsApp. My approach is data-driven, experimental, and optimized for results. I apply the Sand-Mill Model, a framework I created to build effective Customer Journeys using Marketing Automation and Inbound Marketing. Originating from my academic research, I have utilized this model to support the growth of over 50 companies through consultancy and strategic guidance. Starting from qualitative and quantitative analyses, I construct conversion paths and diagnose retention issues between the first and subsequent purchases, solving them by building a Repurchase Wheel, as defined in the Sand-Mill Model terminology.
