Splitting my time between managing a large global account for Bayer Animal Health and heading up John Brown’s Intelligent Content division, I lead the commercial offering between various network agencies to deliver strategic SEO content to clients all over the world.
• Management of SEO content creation to meet targeted objectives, increase traffic, drive sales and align with editorial strategies to create ‘Intelligent Content’.
• Overseeing and managing all creative content output, working closely with editors, designers, animators, developers, producers, picture editors, studios and videographers.
• Working closely with SEO teams to maximise the creative and editorial output for client content strategies and digital content briefs.
• Coordinating agency planners to create and develop content strategies for key clients, most recently for Thomas Cook Airlines.
• Managing client relationships at a senior-level to both retain current clients and create new business opportunities.
• Developing an in-depth knowledge of various different client business models, covering areas as diverse as animal pharmaceuticals and UK finance to holidays, hotel groups and cosmetics.
• Reporting directly to the John Brown Managing Director and supporting leadership teams across various different internal agencies.
• Managing a small creative team including a Senior Editor, Digital Editor and Digital Project Manager.
• Preparing and managing forecasts and budgets, overseeing client budgets, and negotiating on fees and contracts.
• Creating all client quotes for editorial, creative, video and social media projects, and delivering clear strategic responses to new business briefs.
• Managing global multi-language content projects across different time zones.

Brave New World is a fast growing London-based creative agency and publishing house specialising in brand creation, brand building, luxury, travel, events and high-quality editorial content.
