Planned and executed Girlhood by BGF (a creative project for young Black Girls aged 13-18 that aims to celebrate Black girlhood through a series of empowering events, programmes and opportunities facilitated by industry professionals and myself)
Achieved a 96% completion rate and 100% satisfaction rate (measured through participant follow-up survey) for the 2022 Girlhood Programme
Delivered a safeguarding policy that incorporates e-safety guidelines, and a code of conduct for working with children and young people.
Produced a digital Masterclass style e-learning version of the 2022 Girlhood Programme.

- Oversaw relationships with Authors, Schools, Youth Services, Artistic Venues, Foundations, Local Cultural Educational Partnerships, Multi-Academy Trusts, UNESCO Cities of Literature, and Publishing houses.
- Onboarded 100+ schools, delivered workshops to 1000+ students (inc SEN/D) in person/ online, and grew a community of 100+ authors and illustrators from various socio-economic backgrounds
- Produced 10 stories to Make a Difference (a unique collection of books celebrating the diversity of the world) within 6 months (end to end process from identifying established writers, matching them with aspiring writers, recruiting editors for manuscripts through to publishing
- Strategically planned and project managed numerous projects, including Pathways Northern Ireland which I designed from start to finish - this is a 2-year training and mentoring programme for LGBTQ+ interested in writing and publishing children’s books.
