Starting my journey at Rakuten as an Account Coordinator and working my way up to independently managing two top five client accounts has given me a great deal of experience personally and professionally. I work with these brands to strategically plan, run, monitor and analyse performance marketing in order to deliver the clients KPI’s such as ROI, reach into new markets or simply drive sales. Working across a number of brands, with focus on the fashion and beauty sectors has required me to think globally. This means I have knowledge in a multitude of markets across Europe, the US and APAC, despite the UK being my focus. My interest in affiliate marketing is largely due to the range of partners we work with, these mainly include influencers, content sites, shopping, cashback, loyalty, charity and voucher. The role can consist of working on google shopping campaigns with publishers to launching an exclusive beauty boxes with influencers. Here I’ve grown to understand the incrementality last click drives alongside an attributed approach.
What sets me apart from others within this company, and other applicants is my relationship skills. My portfolio is demanding, on the H&M account I support my global lead on high importance topics as well as operating the affiliate program in across 40 markets in a number of different continents with only one coordinator to support. With Feel Unique, I am the global lead working across 20 global markets – both brands are due to be expanding their portfolio. To operate affiliate programs like this, I am consistently calm, positive and extremely well organised.

3. Website Management: Re-designed the company’s website on my own, as well as creating graphics and content on a weekly basis to post onsite and social. Here I always looked at Google Trends to include keywords at key times to increase overall SEO.
4. Assisting Sales Director: Implemented processes to the sales team to give more structure and a water-tight system.
