  • Joining in the midst of a busy production period I had to hit the ground running . I was able to use to my previous knowledge and experience to organise and run castings alongside booking crew and accommodation. I create and send call sheets for all cast and crew and work closely with the Executive and Senior Producer to make sure shoots would run smoothly. I also have financial obligations , such as keeping track of budget costs for jobs and making sure PO numbers are sent for invoices.I am able to work efficiently both on set and in an office.

  • Having joined as a Runner I progressed to a Production Assistant .Tasks included organising transportation and accommodation, financial administration as well as attending shoots and liaising with crew and cast. With my knowledge of kit , I made sure it was kept in check, and would be asked to handle it on location when needed.Working on the company's internal software for budgeting and managing projects I became confident with raising PO's and help with invoices for freelancers and suppliers. Working closely with Google I would be based in their office and work across several of their projects. I understand the need for confidentiality and the pressures of working within a global company.
