About me

I am a London based publishing designer, working across print and digital. Most recently I’ve been with PORTER, confidently managing the team to help progress the design and feel of the magazine. I like to get involved with everything from initial design concepts, mood boarding for shoots and post production. I aspire to create beautiful, functional designs that fulfil the brief and I can be proud of.

- Development of the overall editorial style of PORTER - Working to progress and advance layouts and typography to ensure the best possible design whilst staying true to the PORTER brand - Meeting and working closely with all departments to generate concepts and ideas for shoots and layouts - Working alongside the picture team to source relevant imagery - Photographer selection, mood boarding and art direction for shoots - Post production including, image mark ups, colour correction, approvals and art finalling of pages to ensure consistency - Management of the design team and booking of freelance - Designing and overseeing the digital team to ensure consistency in the look and feel of the magazine across all digital platforms - Working with the video team to create promotional videos and extra content from shoots to showcase the issues highlights - Collaborating with the social media team to promote the issue - Assisting with the commercial and marketing design where needed
