• Working with and discussing with programme attendees who are all migrant domestic workers from Southeast Asia who have had little to no art education or training
• Manage the selection process for the exhibition, in addition to location scouting, securing, and assessing the space for suitability and presentation
• Leading curatorial plan, the installation and de-installation
• Working with the community at large to ensure the emotive aspects of the work carry across highlighting the liminal space that the migrant workers live and exist in
• Ensure that the Press Release and Works Lists are clearly defined and outlined
• Work with the Kanlungan team to find additional funding opportunities
• Play a leading role in this project working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including multi-disciplinary teams across the wider community support groups in East London
