I have been the lead makeup artists on various shoots, videos and weddings. Recently I have done the makeup for a music video for the artist Nimino ‘Time Heals’, I did the makeup for the cover shoot for the inaugural issue of Slowe magazine, shot by Vicky Grout.

I was the co-editor of Girls on Film a female film collective with an online space to review and rate new and old films, discuss and debate film themes and look at the whole film industry, particularly how it operates in London, and in turn how this affects women. As part of this my co-editor and I started a new venture, helping to screen socially aware, independent and short films. Collaborating with local cinemas and charities we expanded the community’s understanding of independent cinema and helped smaller filmmakers reach a wider audience as well as starting meaningful conversation about often sensitive topics

BA Hons, American History, Literature and Culture, 2:1. My final year dissertation was on the representation of the Women’s Movement in American cinema in the 1970s.
I spent the Academic year 2012-2013 in New York State University at Albany. This helped me to develop certain key skills for the work environment, allowing me to be more independent and sharpen my organizational skills. I was able to adapt into a foreign environment with ease, which improved my communication skills and my confidence.
