Currently MSc International Management student at Exeter University with CMI accreditation, graduating in2018. Gained two years’ experience abroad in a sales and customer service role within the travel industry. Ambitions to start a graduate career in management after completing my university study.

Working in a customer service and sales based role I greatly improved my people skills, selling the large range of products in the company as well as accommodation for the seven different locations, on a face to face basis, I successfully met the required sales targets, earning the highest pay bracket for my level I was chosen as part of the team to set up the biggest hostel in the chain, training staff, opening the hostel and running this smoothly. This ran with great success the hostel gaining 5 star reviews within a week of opening I was responsible for taking initiative by creating and organising various nightly events for guests increasing bar revenue I was offered the role as a promotion from a previous tour guiding role, showing hard work and competency in a customer service position I built strong relationships with both staff in the team and customers, all of differing ages and nationalities

Working in a high-end restaurant had to maintain a high level of professionalism, while often serving and clearing tables under pressure. Managing a section of the restaurant, I was able to manage my own time and keep organised while working to help out the rest of the team. I did successfully shown by the fact that even though I had not waitressed before I was given a section to myself on only my second shift After leaving I was offered the role again if my next job didn't work out, showing that the company was happy with my professionalism and job performance in this high-end environment
