I had exposure to both sales/ CRM and luxury fashion from the age of 16, a foundation I believe will serve me incredibly well in my future career. I chose to study classics as I have always enjoyed both logic and creativity. I have since had experience in creative/ strategic roles, working on 360. marketing campaigns, and helping to develop brand awareness. My most recent role has seen me return to sales.

Transitioned into the in store ‘Customer Experience’ team to help lead the management of high-profile clients and events within the UK Managed the creation of new client profiles helping to coordinate the relationship between sales staff and Dior clients, engaged and segmented potential new loyalists in order to categorise them based on their purchasing power and trends, owned all administration duties for my client list.
Responsible for building a robust client list that would meet or exceed my monthly sales target. Achieved Top Sales performer 7 months while at EA. Worked alongside a variety of clients, nationalities and cultures to hone my selling capabilities and ability to gauge the personalities of those around me.
