I currently hold the role of team assistant to the President of NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER, Alison Loehnis. My main responsibilities include extensive diary management and daily logistics, arranging all travel and accommodation arrangements, managing invites and meeting requests. Managing highly confidential, along with personal and private matters with complete discretion. Managing all arrangements for London, Paris, Milan and New York Fashion Week. Greeting VIP guests and setting up meeting rooms. Maintaining and managing filing systems and updating records. Ensuring all PO’s are created and paid and expenses are processed in a timely manner. Preparing agendas/memos, briefing documents and presentations to ensure the President is equipped for all meetings.
My main responsibilities as receptionist include managing and directing phone calls, passing on messages, meeting and greeting guests, providing support to the Publicists and Directors, arranging couriers and manage deliveries, monitoring and managing stock levels, coordinating and managing meetings, booking travel/transport and working with PR teams to collate and internally distribute press coverage. I also train and manage all interns. Teaching and overseeing all daily tasks such as send outs, managing returns, recording all magazine/newspaper coverage and managing and merchandising all samples in the showroom.
I worked as an assistant stylist to celebrity stylist Kiera Liberati. Whilst working with Kiera I assisted on set during shoots, my main responsibilities included styling, steaming, pinning and fitting clothes on clients. Working with Kiera allowed me to work with artists and companies such as Mic Lowry, IAMDDB, Ghetts, Refinery29, Adidas and Hypebeast. My biggest achievement during my time in this role was being part of a large scale Adidas campaign where I was given the responsibility to pick outfits, dress, style and manage the models myself for the campaign.
My sales role entailed serving customers, up keeping the cleanliness of the store and changing the clothing displays weekly. Working in a niche high end independent store allowed me to gain the understanding to offer a more tailored shopping experience for consumers. I had the opportunity to work on various exclusive sneaker releases and events. As a result, I gained a thorough understanding on how to work on and control large launches and brand events. Another part of my job role was to schedule and edit online posts for the brands social media accounts. I worked on the BBC EU Instagram page, transferring the images into posts, creating content and captions to inform our followers on new releases and store information.
As a Production Assistant at Notion Magazine my key responsibilities included sourcing new creative talent such as photographers and stylists, onset running, sourcing key shoot locations, capturing behind the scenes imagery for social media content and looking after VIP, creative and PR teams on set. Key achievements in this role were working very closely with Notions cliental which include Virgin EMI, Ella Eyre, Stefflon Don, Sub Focus, Fredo, Martin Solveig & Becky Hill.
My duties in this role were similar to those in my previous sales assistant job. My main duties in this role included maintaining standards and replenishing accessories and apparel inventory on the shop floor. I learnt about each section of the store increasing my product knowledge in all areas ranging from of shoes, bags, accessories, beauty products and clothing. I was specifically in charge of merchandising, up keeping and assisting customers on the accessories and shoes departments.

Sales assistant and stylist role, in a fast paced high street retailer. My role was to help customers with their ever changing needs, enforce the correct financial procedures and help assist head stylist when needed. During weekends and seasonal sale periods, it was my duty to maintain high standards, yet still work quickly and efficiently.
