Headhunted from my previous role to transform this small and chaotic agency.
Operating since 2014 I became the 4th member of the team. Tasked with rapid business development I implemented processes across client services, creative and studio operations. After year one we’d successfully grown the business from 4 to 9 full time permanent team members and increased turnover by 138% YoY.
I wore many hats at FoF: primarily account director, operations director and marketing strategist. Delivering with the founder both brand and marketing workshops and developing marketing strategies for clients.
As the agency’s only account director I was accountable for all annual revenue (£650+k in 2018), client growth, forecasting and new business planning.
We were small so my accounts were varied: University of Greenwich, The Mortgage Lender, Fletcher Priest Architects, Twisted Cellar, Hearthstone Investments PLC, Homeinvestor.fund amongst others.
My focus was brand and marketing strategy, through the lens of successful digital execution.
