About me
I am currently working as Image Coordinator for Topshop. I manage all imagery for the Topshop website, and any requests from the visual merchandising team, buyers and internal teams. I check the quality of images, and the naming and sizing requirements.

    • Manage shoot lists and master sheet to ensure tracking of all imagery within the studio. Manually searching for imagery throughout the day to give accurate reports on what has been shot and uploaded and what product is carry over. • Checking image quality, retouch and naming. • Communicate with the concessions team and check imagery quality and ensure sizing and naming is in line with Topshop guidelines before uploading to site. • Responsible for checking stock intake in line with current imagery and communicate with art director to make decisions on what needs re-shooting and what can be taken off set etc. • Deal with any image requests and queries incoming from buyers, visual merchandising and other teams both internal and external. • Prepare shoot lists ahead of time that the production team can then work from when allocated stock arrives at the studio. • Maintain a strong line of communication within the studio with production team, digi tech and photographers to ensure all changes on set are documented and fed back to relevant teams.

    • Organising all ecommerce and campaign photo-shoots including booking studios, locations, models, hair and make-up and collating garments to shoot. • Maintaining high levels of quality across all imagery. • Documenting all images taken and required on an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of stock photographed. • Communicating with the merchandising team, designers, marketing and creative director to ensure visuals are in keeping for requirements. • Researching other brands, campaign shoots and imagery to create mood boards and ideas. • Sending images off to be retouched and ensuring all images are the quality expected.
