Amy Cooper-Wright is founder and creative director of MARK+FOLD the modern stationer, and visiting lecturer in Graphic Design. Having studied Philosophy and French at Oxford, and having worked for a number of years as a producer for design agencies, Amy retrained in Graphic Design and Bookbinding, before channeling these life-long passions into Mark+Fold in 2015.
Mark+Fold creates stationery that is modern and elegant, aiming to provide useful tools for people to use everyday. A loyal community of customers around the world regularly feed into the design process and follow the invention of new products each year. This is most true of subscribers who receive thoughtfully-collated packages every few months. Mark+Fold also design and produce exclusive ranges of stationery in collaboration with brands like Bamford, Connolly and Hauser & Wirth.
As well as online customers and visitors to the Studio in London, Mark+Fold stationery is stocked in a number of special retail spaces from Copenhagen to Chicago, and by some of London’s finest independent shops. Mark+Fold's work has been featured in Wallpaper*, FT How To Spend It, Elle Decoration, The Telegraph and ‘Startup London’ (London: Hoxton Mini Press, 2018).
