About me

I am an experienced Event Manager, producing events in London and across the U.K since 2009. I am highly skilled in producing every element of an event from concept to conclusion. My area of expertise focuses on events within Fashion, Art, Design & Lifestyle. I am confident to come into a project at any stage and adapt accordingly. I am experienced in managing teams and used to working in high pressured situations while dealing with problems effectively and efficiently. I always strive to push my skill sets to their highest creative potential, as shown through producing the highest standards of events for all clients. Key Work Areas: - Budget management, invoicing, supplier payments and reconciliation. - Managing all aspects of on- set production; set up, event and breakdown. - Creative proposals and pitching - inclusive of interpreting a brief and designing concepts and moodboards. - Client liaison- face to face client management from initial meet to conclusion. - Show calling, choreography and backstage management. - Location scouting, prop sourcing and over seeing set build and design. - Briefing, negotiating and managing all suppliers and teams. - Technical liaison- working with technical teams on aspects such as lighting, sound and power. - Health and Safety documentation. - Structuring timelines, schedules and production books . - Providing weekly updates and reports to client. Clients include; Vivienne Westwood, Hugo Boss, Chanel, BMW, L'oreal, Amazon, Metro, Dune, Gordon Ramsay Group.
