About me

Systems thinker, researcher and facilitator, working to unravel the psychological barriers to systemic change and inclusively imagine alternate systems through a values-lens. Varied work includes: > co-producing the drop, podcast & workshops to critically & inclusively explore the future of fashion; > working with companies to explore biomimetic organisational models that activate intrinsic values, enable cross-functional collaboration, empower imagination and improve wellbeing; > facilitating workshops with students from KS3+, as well as with the women at HMP Downview (thanks to Lucy Orta’s incredible Processions work, translating experiences into textiles, to mark the centenary of the beginnings of women's suffrage in the UK); > contributor to print magazines and the V&A exhibition ‘Fashioned From Nature’. Currently co-creating a dynamic and transdisciplinary ecosystem to reimagine a regenerative fashion industry, through a post-colonial lens. ALL about collaboration, connection & celebrating a plurality of thought/wisdom/practices.

    • And Beyond is a research, education and collaboration lab that works to reimagine different ways of doing + being. We work collaboratively with partners, clients and communities to explore the big questions, forming innovative ecosystems around projects and ideas that drive society forward. We work through a post-colonial lens at the intersection of psychology, systems and futures thinking to: 1) dismantle the psychological and structural barriers that disconnect us; 2) inclusively reimagine and design alternate systems and supporting structures that enable us to thrive. Let’s chat, speculate, explore, create...

    • Research explored the factors influencing our maintenance of the dominant human narrative, through highlighting the value misalignment and the abandonment of the Self under our current economic systems, within the fashion industry context. Specialising in creating the conditions for aliveness, this research cast a light on the narrow values activated within this constricted context and provided a space for participants to reimagine alternate futures with their full Self’s values at the heart. This research was highly exploratory in method, encompassing speculative design, art, and simple conversations to elicit a psychological understanding of our systemic issues as well as the environments which make us come alive. Happy to discuss this research further.
