As an experienced marketing and communications specialist, my professional practice has led me to work between the creative and client services field. I currently hold the position of Client and Account Director, with over 16 years with industry experience in brand, FMCG, BTL, Communications, and a full service strategic approach.
My insight into customer experience and the consumer journey adds value to campaigns, allowing for impactful approaches that root themselves in the mind of the consumer. My background in higher education, professional practice in the creative arts and writing, provide additional insight into communications and visual languages which inform my Art direction and professional practice. It is a core motivation of mine to develop full service experiences that move customers from trial to the creation of life-long brand advocates.
