    Representation of a rapidly expanding global art organization on an international level, in London, Hong Kong and Geneva. Daily, exhibition, and auction administration; applied expertise in internal data programs to maintain and manage internal systems to review, add to or modify information on our client database relating to auctions and events; data-entry to amend client contact information and add any new client knowledge to internal systems; correspondence management; research for important client events; assisting with events in partnership with Museums and Galleries, liaising with those involved internally and externally. Field client enquiries by telephone, email and in-person utilizing company, market and industry knowledge to create good client relationships; maintain and track executive and specialist meetings and press appointments; ensure currency and accuracy of public calendar; update and maintain contact/VIP mailing list, catalogue inventory, and press reviews; key contact for all mail delivery services, international or local. Key liaison between Auction staff, visitors and client, providing superior levels of client services at all times; adhering to strict confidentiality standards and discretion during all pre and post-sale processes. Key contributor in organizing the execution of events held at the Auction house; responsibilities on auction days including bid registration, entry clerking and auction display. Training and management of new employees, including responsibility for scheduling and assigning duties to guarantee both the smooth running of the team internally whilst always ensuring a high standard is presented externally.
