- Secret LondonA competition entry for the London Transport Museum. The brief ask to express your idea of London using any form of media. Since a young girl I have visited London and have always been excited by the adventure and stories of London. From Harry potter at Kings Cross, to Mary Poppins, I wanted to express my inner child and use an innocent approach to london rather than promoting the obvious of the hustle and bustle that fills London. I have chosen collage as my medium with pen.

Managing and training staff, deciding on recipes and daily specials, cooking orders and baking for the cafe cake selection, using a coffee machine to make a variety of drinks including frothy coffee, doing ordering for the kitchen food supplies over the phone, money handling, preparing for events, making platters for events.
