Hello! I'm Amy, I'm a graphic designer with more than 5 years' experience working across the creative industries in Scotland. I specialise in branding and logo design but also work across print design and digital content creation.
I'm what might be described as a "multi-hyphenate" and when not working on freelance design projects I run a bookbinding studio, ffaun, specialising in making beautiful, sustainable notebooks, sketchbooks and printed editions. I've also recently started a business with my mum called Loom + Lichen where we sell hand-made and curated knitwear and stationery.

- Slaughterhouse CoffeeI was overjoyed to be asked by Laura at Slaughterhouse Coffee to design a new set of logos for the much loved local coffee shop near my childhood home on the Black Isle. Slaughterhouse Coffee is located by the ferry slipway in Cromarty, near the site of what was once the village slaughterhouse. The coffee shop’s ethos is one of simplicity and attention to detail, so a brand was created to embody those values as well as its unique location next to the Cromarty Firth.
- Moss BakeryMoss Bakery is a vegan bakery based in Glasgow, creating beautiful donuts and baked goods for local cafés as well as spectacular wedding and celebration cakes. I was approached to create a logo which reflected the organic origins of the name Moss Bakery, and the result was this wordmark which combines the subtlety of the natural world with an inherent boldness and confidence, and the beautiful soft green which gave Moss Bakery its name.
- Mude ThreadsMude Threads is a pioneering fashion brand making beautiful clothes and accessories with hand illustrated and embroidered nudes by Jaz Moodie, helping women to embrace and celebrate their bodies, challenge cultural norms and dismantle the insecurities that society forces upon us. Jaz has been an inspiration to me for a long time and it was a delight to be able to work with her on developing a new identity for her brand.
