Working within the Asda/George team producing branded content across multiple platforms within print and digital. Whilst working directly with the client, the tasks undertaken include: Pre Production: • Working alongside Senior Management to quote clients on both full production and extended usages, whilst maintaining budget management throughout the production process. • Building relationships between crew & talent agencies, to commission crew at negotiated fees, whilst maintaining all licenses and commission forms prior to the shoot date. • Schedule management throughout the full production inclusive of both call sheets and shoot schedule compilations. Production • On set Production Manager working within crew’s of 10+ on location and studio environments. • On set Account Manager, working as a mediator for client/director interaction to obtain sign off. Post Production • Management of the full repro process. Turning round 70+ images with amendments whilst working closely to the critical path to deliver all images to the agreed schedule. • Working closely with the client and buyers to obtain trading information to be supplied with images for a range of mediums. • Processing freelancers/crew’s invoices per project whilst updating actual document ensuring no overspending has incurred.

Assisting various Producers throughout the full TVC production process. Based within an Advertising agency, the work undertaken includes: Pre Production: • Working alongside various Producers aiding with tasks including, commissioning, hiring equipment, model casting, location scout and general production maintenance. • Preparing client facing presentations and documents throughout the production process. Manipulating branding to personalise documents to the client’s exact requirements • Creating a clear actuals sheet to insure no overspending incurs during pre production, consequently helping on set snapshot decisions in case of any unexpected costs arising. Production: • Taking on the role of an on set runner during all shoots, making sure producers and crew have all information and kit needed to complete the shoot on schedule. • Managing all kit, props and crew logistics during the shoot. Post Production: • Assisting both Offline/Online Edits for both video content & TVC’s insuring the post production scheduling is being met throughout. Including commissioning voice over/Sound mix sessions. • Managing the full Clearcast/ IMD process from initial script to final TVC allowing a smooth transition for approval.
