I currently work as an Account Executive at a creative agency called Clinic. As with any account management role the day to day of my job is client facing and organisational. I am the main point of contact for our clients from companies such as Barclays, Sky and Network Rail. I work with account directors across all of these clients to facilitate the smooth running of the accounts. I deal with clients, colleagues and suppliers, manage the finances, track progress and ensure targets and deadlines are met. I have strong interpersonal skills and consider myself an excellent communicator able to build strong relationships. I manage a number of the smaller jobs myself, seeing them through from brief to delivery and ensuring client satisfaction. My job also involves a fair amount of new business research, I compile competitor and industry reports for my superiors and am always involved in the discovery stage of jobs. This is a creative role that involves using my initiative and being involved in the full creative process of delivering a job.
