Daily invoicing, time planning, client facing are apart of my everyday work schedule. Given the amount of workflow, organization and knowing how to prioritse is key to success.
HANGER SEVEN www.hangarseven.co.uk :04/14 - 24/08/15: Junior Producer: Throughout my time at Hangar Seven I have worked with multiple clients, assisting a number of Producers, however most recently I have been solely responsible for the management of the Whistles account. The main areas of responsibility are; • Taking creative briefs from clients and instructing photography and styling teams • Organising complex sample management requirements across multiple, tandem shoots • Undertaking all project set ups and data application to system briefs to ensure tracking through the business • All quotations for client requests • Forecasting, billing and reporting to Senior Client Partner • Booking of all styling teams, photographers and assistants for all shoots • Monitoring of shot rates and achievements of shoot teams • Briefing Retouch Manager all requirements for multiple retouch briefs and duplication for third party retailers • Monitoring retouch day rates to ensure all deadlines are hit and answering queries where needed • Client management on set • Quality checking imagery to make sure the shots, colour, styling are perfect before imagery delivery • Extracting on four bespoke scripts for other retailers to ensure the image data is at the right size DPI • Liaising with clients to obtain objectives – additionally daily client communication to answer, solve any queries or issues
