About me
I am a motivated creative with experience in menswear design, photography and copywriting, with a focus on working with utilitarian design, sustainable practises and classic trans-seasonal/unisex aesthetics with a twist. Possessing a strong eye for colour, print and trend, my early experience in retail has instilled the importance of these strategies and design decisions on the wider retail performance. I have explored a multifaceted career path during which I have developed a wide and transferable skill set. My practice aims to make a positive contribution in redefining fashion as part of the circular economy by utilising local materials, up-cycling and low energy production techniques. I enjoy finding creative solutions and working in a collaborative environment. My most notable work to date was designing the brand logo for the brand Labrum London.
Projects
  • "If all the boys lived across the sea"
"If all the boys lived across the sea"An ongoing personal project based on my mother's old school hymn book where she collected little poems from her friends, postcards, and magazine clippings of the current film & TV 'hunks'. A unisex collection exploring the innocent gaze of young girls' crushes on male celebrities through a soft colour palette, 80's menswear, and more modernised digital prints.

We have decided to reimagine the concept of Artistic Dress for the creatives of today. Unisex. Comfortable. Liveable. A Biodegradable, non toxic tracksuit made from organic hemp-cotton jersey, natural madder dye and a sp
  • Graduate Collection - The Young Men Run
Graduate Collection - The Young Men RunThis collection revolved around the concept of protest. I investigated and drew comparisons from the protests that were happening all over the globe in 2019, such as the Yellow vests movement in France, against the student protests in Japan in 1969. Drawing influences from work wear, military wear and protective gear I created a collection of garments that can be layered up to be durable and tough, representing the hard shells and fierceness of these protesters, yet also be stripped back and rev

I worked on the development and production of their AW22 collection. Designing both Menswear and Womenswear, I was thoroughly involved in all areas from concept research to design and product development, as well as print and accessory design. I designed and developed the ‘Nomoli’ print and iconology, which the brand now uses as their logo. My responsibilities have also included booking models and liaising with collaborators and suppliers on behalf of the design studio, administrative duties and running ad hoc errands for the head designer.
