· Support Project Managers and Engineers in the construction of resourced project plans using Primavera in accordance with company standards
· Build credible relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues and project team members
· Liaise with resource managers to ensure timely allocation and utilisation of staff resources
· Assist with the production of detailed budgets consistent with resourced project plans
· Report on the status of project progress, including critical path analysis
· Assist with the reporting of progress to customers, senior management and project team members
· Ensure plans are accurate, realistic and consistent with estimates of costs to complete
· Report significant schedule slippages
· Assist in the analysis of project costing reports
· Assist with the production of Earned Value reporting if required
· Assist the Bids and Proposals team as required in the preparation of proposals and estimates, including project/contract mobilization stage and engineering development stage
· Work in conjunction with Programme and Engineering Managers to establish robust schedules
· Ensure plans are correctly set-up and configured for monthly synchronization with SAP
· Update Cubic’s planning standards and procedures when required
· Travel to customer and other Cubic sites to attend and contribute to project review meetings as and when required

• Support the collation of Supplier accreditation requests for review
• Monitor training and certification expiry of all suppliers, their engineers and report to the HSEQ Manager any which are expired
• Monitor client and internal audit results and maintain league tables for suppliers, engineers and project managers with regards to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality performance
• Co-Ordinate the on boarding and accreditation of suppliers and engineers, liaising with the relevant stakeholders across the business obtaining their feedback and input during the accreditation process
• Maintain the approved suppliers list and communicate to the appropriate stakeholders from across the business
• Support the HSEQ team in the maintenance of the Controlled Document Library, and co-ordinate and schedule documentation reviews with the document sponsor
• Monitor the HSEQ shared mailbox and Accident/ Incident and Near Miss reporting telephone line
• Co-Ordinate and maintain the upload and cascade if client specific QPLs
• Co-ordinate PPE requests and obtain approval from the HSEQ Manager
