Other than providing excellent customer service, I have a multitude of responsibilities, such as liaising with secretaries to book in patients, to prepare all paperwork for each patient, to carry out audits, stock ordering, communicating via email and phone, and coordinating the entire clinic so that it runs smoothly and efficiently. I am widely praised for my work and high standards as well as my ability to effectively communicate with people across all levels.

    In the Medical Records department, I was part of the Clinical Notes Preparation team, in which I would prepare medical records and all types of documentation for outpatient clinics trust wide (all hospitals within Buckinghamshire). This role involves liaising with all hospitals and departments within them, other care providers and GPs. It also involves using Microsoft Office, answering emails and phone calls, using online database systems and the ability to be organised, meticulous to detail and adaptable. I must ensure every patient has the right documentation and medical records, otherwise this could affect patient care.
