     - London, United KingdomInternship
A project two colleagues and I did for Design Against Crime for the Ministry of Justice. We developed a new furniture system for prisons across the UK. The project evolved from human centered research, which involved going to the prison, meeting inmates and testing early ideas with them. Throughout the project we were constantly pitching ideas to the Ministry of Justice, trying to meet everyone’s exigences. It involved a lot of material research and testing to meet the technical demands of such a restricted environment as prisons can be. As well as contacting manufacturers and working within a restricted budget. Rhino and Solidworks were essential for this project. Teamwork and communication was key and realizing the impact of working with people that have different backgrounds and ideas was incredible. It was a project where I had to constantly challenge myself and was rewarding to see the outcome. The social impact of this project was also a reason for choosing it.

     - London, United KingdomFull Time
An AI start up where we developed a mental health app, which grew entirely out of its first users. The work we executed was based on the Lean system, where testing and iterating different features is the main driver. Using different cohorts and methods the product grows around its users. Worked within a multidisciplinary team and a restricted time and budget. It started with a minimum viable product and evolved into a beta version of the app. The product evolved out of data collected from users and further analyzed.
