My name is Ana Lario, I am a freelance Film Director specialising in beauty, fashion and luxury clients with more than 14 years' experience working in advertising.
I’ve been involved at every step including creative concepts, delivering storyboards and treatments, directing shoots, overseeing post-production and editing. My clients have included Rimmel, Burberry, Jagermeister, Versace, Furla, Mac Cosmetics, Adidas and many more.
I carefully craft stories, with a unique perspective and aesthetic. I love to explore new ways to innovate and push my craft to new boundaries with provocative imagery, retro styles, and bold colors.
Before starting my film career, I worked as a creative, director, editor and motion director. This background has given me a unique set of skills perspectives, and work-flow when making films.
I have collaborated with some of the most renowned agencies in London and Barcelona. My work spans TVC’s, beauty and fashion films, music videos, pitch, and reels.

- Rimmel Stay SatinCreative Director, Film Director and Photographer of the Rimmel Stay Satin SS19 social campaign. Nudes are as big as ever in beauty - definitely designed to be seen, in beautiful variations on neutrals and grey lavenders. The campaign included Key visuals, lip tutorials, lip art looks, gifs and packshots for Instagram feed and Stories. A total of 102 assets all produced in-house. Four colour shades in three different colour skins.
