I am a music composer, producer and sound designer.
During the last 10 years, I have produced electronic music and designed sound for film, audiovisual performances, installations, video games and VR projects.
With a prolific career performing live, I have played at renowned events and festivals such as Barbican London, Berlin Atonal, Sónar Barcelona, Sónar Hong Kong, MUTEK Montreal, MUTEK Argentina and Corsica Studios.
From 2010 to 2018, I was half of the duo LCC. We released two albums (d/evolution and Bastet) on Editions Mego, among others.
Over the last years, I also have produced music under the alias of NWRMNTC in which I explore new ways of music storytelling.
Projects
- BASTETBastet is the second album of LCC (Ana Quiroga and Uge Pañeda) on Editions Mego Bastet is a ritual study gliding the path from the rites of the ancient to the realm of the modern. Bastet is the name of the ancient Egyptian goddess closely linked to music and female power who coerced humans to entertain her in order to keep her untamed animalistic side in check. Whilst absorbing this legend the second LCC release presents itself as a vast canvas of ritual, restraint and spacious sonorities. Stark
