- Infographics - Gender Diversity in UnicornsIt is believed that unicorns are mythical creatures that rarely surface in real life, yet, currently there is a total of 387 ones present in our global economy. Defined as "startups that score a valuation of over $1 billion dollars", unicorns are a new breed of organisations which represent one of the most appealing company types for millennials. This way, the gender diversity lens is applied in order to critically analyse these recently founded, rapidly growing hubs.
