I am currently working in a freelance capacity as a copywriter/ subeditor.
I recently graduated from the University of Manchester with a 1st class Master of Chemistry degree.
I have also worked as a teacher across a range of contexts, including English language, science and maths to primary-level, secondary-level and adult students.
Last summer I led a seminar series on current global issues, aimed at 16-18 year old students.

- TrashedTrashed is a youth-led project started in 2001 by Simone Baird, aimed at helping diverse teenagers get hands-on and horizon-busting experience in the creative industries.
