Education
    MA
     - London, United Kingdom
I studied for a Masters in Visual Anthropology; which approaches the sub-field of Anthropology through the study of the politics and aesthetics of representation, documentary and ethnographic film, and anthropological perspectives on art. As a practice-oriented MA, there was a clear emphasis on applying anthropological knowledge to the actual making of visual artefacts, and not just their analysis.
    BA (Hons)
     - London, United Kingdom
My BA was in Social Anthropology which taught the methods of social anthropological investigation, emphasising the detailed study of multiple, interwoven areas of social life, through long participation and linguistic familiarity; as well as emphasising the range of concern with Third World studies, from more remote communities to more recent urban development, avoiding any arbitrary distinction.
